For over 27 years, Mike Bruno has been in the construction industry as a successful builder-remodeler. In 2004, Mike founded Stone Creek Builders LLC to provide quality craftsmanship for residential and commercial construction needs, and built a team anchored in genuine passion for excellence, years of noteworthy experience, strong attention to detail, and professional project management and customer service practices. For Mike, showing integrity, establishing trust, managing expectations, and delivering client satisfaction fuels the success of every project. Growing further, he now extends his expertise to fellow contractors as an industry speaker, business consultant, and provider of backend office support services. He is also a board member of the Matawan-Aberdeen Chamber of Commerce.
Lisa Calabro is the all-around liaison and problem solver for the production team. Lisa started with Stone Creek Builders as a marketing coordinator, and has now become the point person for all day-to-day production administration projects as Production Manager. Almost four years with the company, Lisa has consistently shown exceptional attention to detail, and a tenacious attitude to get each job done with high-caliber service and efficient communication from start to finish.
Director of Business Development
As Director of Business Development, Deidre is a results-oriented executive with a vast background in manufacturing, and a specialty on high-end residential construction. She has run multiple companies and developed high-performance teams by leveraging her financial acuity and exceptional skills in project management, leadership, negotiation and business development. Clients can count on her keen value engineering and design build methods to provide the best solutions. Putting teamwork on high priority, she will dedicatedly work with your architect and other design professionals to bring your vision to life.
Deidre has over 17 years of experience in commercial steel construction, and 10 years in high-end, mixed-use residential – hotels, assisted living, college dormitories, single family, apartments, and condominiums. She has a BSBA centered on Sales and Marketing, and an MBA from Keller Graduate School for Small Business Entrepreneurship. She is also a graduate of 10KSB from Goldman Sachs. In 2014, she garnered The New Jersey Small Business Centers’ (NJSBDC) Success Award for bringing sustainable employment into Hudson County; and in 2015 ABS, she also received W&MBE recognition.
Currently, Deidre sits on the Board of Directors for New Jersey Small Business Development Centers (NJSBDC). She is a resident of Monmouth County, and is very active in her local community.
Senior Account Specialist
Toni has more than 20 years of experience as an accounting/ purchasing professional in the construction industry. She started her career in real estate sales, then transitioned into the residential construction industry where she worked with both large and small builders, and trade contractors. Toni specializes in providing consultative accounting services to our clients so they can better understand their financials and maximize profits.
Toni attended Kean University where she studied Business Management, then continued her education at Roberts Walsh Business School with focus on accounting.
