Stone Creek Builders has been contracted to redo a master bathroom shower stall in Jackson NJ. Unfortunately this shower is not very old and was installed improperly. We will repair the water problem by gutting the shower stall down to the studs and rebuild the shower area using better materials and correct installation methods.
The owner noticed some deterioration on the outside of the shower caused by water leaking through the shower seat and improperly installed waterproofing. We removed all of the tile and backboard and found that the water was penetrating multiple areas. In addition we uncovered a few areas where additional insulation will help keep the bathroom warmer in the winter months.
We will be rebuilding a portion of the seat, installing cement board for the new tile as well as installing Schluter Kerdi waterproofing membrane to ensure that the seat and shower stall are properly waterproofed prior to installing the new tile purchased at Avalon in Eatontown, NJ.
The client decided that they might as well make the shower more functional by adding a few tile niches to store and organize their everyday showering items.
This project will take approximately 4 days to complete and the new custom shower door will take approximately another 5 days.

Stone Creek Builders has been working on a bathroom room makeover in Hazlet, NJ. The project consists of re-sheetrocking the bathroom with moisture resistant sheetrock, installing tile over an existing fiberglass shower stall, installing schluter and tile on the floor and reinstalling the vanity and toilet.
A licensed electrician installed a new recessed light, moved the vanity light and installed a new GFCI circuit from the panel to bring the wiring up to code.
The bathroom remodel was started on Tuesday and will be complete this Friday-minus the painting which will be done on Tuesday. So a total of 4 working days for the bulk of the work and one day to paint and do some final tweeks.

Stone Creek Builders has recently remodeled a master bathroom in Middletown NJ. The project consisted of removing the existing finishes, repairing extensive subfloor damage, constructing a half wall and installing all new finishes. the client choose a 6x12 natural stone tile for the walls which was installed in a brick pattern. The floor was covered with 12x12 natural stone on a diagonal, installed on Schluter Ditra. The new shower was constructed using the Schluter shower pan system with Kerdi water proofing membrane.
We also installed a new vinyl replacememt window to replace the existing casement window, painted the ceiling and installed bath accessories.

Stone Creek Builders most recent project includes enlarging this Toms River master bathroom to be included with an elegant dressing area as well as a beautiful whirlpool tub, new shower and vanity. A stylish and sophisticated mahogany ledge was also created and built to hold candles and towels.
A new exhaust system and electrical fixtures were installed to complete the project.

Stone Creek Builders has just completed a master bathroom remodel in Forked River, NJ. The project consisted of removing a fiberglass shower system, replacing it with a new tub, new tile and new shower valve.
We also installed new floor tile, new vanity and new bath accessories for our client. The project was planned out in advance, which allowed us to complete the entire project in 6 working days.

Stone Creek Builders has contracted the remodeling of three bathrooms in Old Bridge. We will be remodeling a first floor bathroom with consists of a custom shower pan, vanity and toilet. The second floor bathroom remodel consists of replacing the tub, tile, vanity and toilet.
The master bathroom will consist of a complete remodel including enlarging the bathroom by taking a portion of the closet, tub, custom shower, vanities and tile throughout.
