Stone Creek Builders has just completed a attic remodeling project in Monmouth Beach, New Jersey. The purpose of the project is to create a children's playroom as well as install additional plywood in the unfinished portions of the attic for storage. We constructed a built-in cabinet for games and toys.

Stone Creek Builders has been awarded a contract to construct a master bedroom suite addition. The project will consist of a master bedroom, master closets and a master bathroom complete with Apple Valley Cabinets.
We will be performing this project as a design build arrangement.
We will begin in approximately four weeks and expect completion to be the end of April.

Stone Creek Builders has been awarded a new remodeling project in Lincroft , NJ. The project consists of renovating a kitchen, opening several walls to create new open spaces, constructing a new laundry room, tile floor and wood flooring.
We will be using Allen Robinson, Architect for some minor design work for the laundry room and several new beams. We have worked with Allen on many other residential design/build projects the last several years.
Early next week we will begin the kitchen design and be presenting both Apple Valley Woodworks and Canyon Creek Cabinetry to the client for their selection.
This project will be on co-construct a web based project management tool.

Stone Creek Builders has contracted to renovate two full bathrooms and a powder room in Long Branch.
The bathrooms will all be receiving new fixtures, custom tile and trim, and paint.

Stone Creek Builders has just finished a complete first floor remodel in Matawan.
The work completed included a full tear down to the studs in all but the dining room. Custom Apple Valley cabinets were installed in the kitchen, along with new casement windows, granite countertops, and tile backsplash. The bath also recieved a new tile floor to match the new tile shower walls. An archway was added in the hallway to the living room to give a definitive start to the new room, and match with existing archways. Built-in cabinets in the livingroom were modified for a more custom look, topped with an arch and crown moulding.
New oak flooring was installed in the kitchen to match the existing hardwood, then entire floor was then sanded, stained, and polyurethaned. New 5 1/4" base and windor casing was installed throughout the first floor as well. We then primed and painted the first floor and basement.
in addition to the extensive interior work, new entry doors were installed in the front and side of the house. The main entry recieved a stained oak door with sidelites, while a new Thermatru door was installed for the side entrance. The overhang constructed over the side entrance was finished off with Azek trim boards and Azek Premiere composite railing.

Stone Creek Builders has been contracted to renovate an attic in Atlantic Highlands.
The work to be completed consists of insulating, sheetrocking, and painting. Some minor electrical work will be done as well.

Stone Creek Builders has been contracted to remodel a bathroom. The project consists of demolition, a new whirlpool tub, toilet, vanity, new tile and a custom linen cabinet in Tinton Falls.
The custom linen cabinet will be constructed in an existing closet with access from the bathroom for towels and other bath items. The tile will be installed in the tub area and on the walls throughout the bathroom as wainscoting and will be 48" high.
The client has chosen to perform the painting on thier own to keep the budget down.
