Kitchen Remodel in Princeton Junction

Bathroom Renovation in Middletown, NJ

Stone Creek Builders has been awarded a new remodeling project in Middletown, NJ.  The project consists of renovating both a main bathroom and a master bathroom.  Both rooms will have complete demolition, which will consist of removing fixtures, tile, all finishes, soffits, and sheetrock. 

We will be re-sheetrocking with moisture-resistant sheetrock, replacing plywood and subfloor as needed, installing new tile, painting walls and trim, installing and properly venting new bath fans, and fastening all fixtures.  A licensed electrician will add new recessed lighting and dimmers for both bathrooms.  They will also install new GFCI circuits from the panel, to bring the wiring of both bathrooms up to code. 

The Master bathroom will have a new shower stall and schluter shower pan kit installed, while the Main bathroom will have its radiator shortened, to make room for the installation of a new 6’ tub.   We will also be converting the double sinks in the main bath, to create a singular sink. 

Work will begin on this site in around April 1st, and should last about a month.

Storm Reconstruction - Monmouth Beach

After the damage and destruction brought on by Hurricane Sandy, Stone Creek Builders was hired to complete a reconstruction for a home in Monmouth Beach, New Jersey that took on multiple points of damage.  The entire first floor will need to be reconstructed to help restore the home to its once vibrant beauty and glory. 

We have already gotten all of the damaged materials out of the home, treated the structure with an anti-microbial solution and gotten the utilities back up and running.  Over the course of the next few months, we are going to be remodeling the inside of the home with new flooring, fixtures, finishes, kitchen, bathroom and wine room.  Our goal is to get the homeowner back into their home as quickly as possible, while working to restore the home and the damage it undertook.

Point Pleasant Kitchen Remodel

Stone Creek Builders has been working on a Kitchen makeover in Point Pleasant, NJ!  The new kitchen renovation has a whole new layout with pantry cabinets! The new kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops, Maple cabinets and a tile backsplash. 12 x 12 ceramic tiles were also added to the kitchen and laundry room! All new matching appliances have been put into the kitchen that really makes the new look complete!

New Bath Remodels To Begin

Stone Creek Builders has contracted to renovate two full bathrooms and a powder room in Long Branch.

The bathrooms will all be receiving new fixtures, custom tile and trim, and paint.

First Floor Remodel Completed

Stone Creek Builders has just finished a complete first floor remodel in Matawan.

The work completed included a full tear down to the studs in all but the dining room.  Custom Apple Valley cabinets were installed in the kitchen, along with new casement windows, granite countertops, and tile backsplash.   The bath also recieved a new tile floor to match the new tile shower walls.  An archway was added in the hallway to the living room to give a definitive start to the new room, and match with existing archways.  Built-in cabinets in the livingroom were modified for a more custom look, topped with an arch and crown moulding.

New oak flooring was installed in the kitchen to match the existing hardwood, then entire floor was then sanded, stained, and polyurethaned.  New 5 1/4" base and windor casing was installed throughout the first floor as well.  We then primed and painted the first floor and basement.

in addition to the extensive interior work, new entry doors were installed in the front and side of the house.  The main entry recieved a stained oak door with sidelites, while a new Thermatru door was installed for the side entrance.  The overhang constructed over the side entrance was finished off with Azek trim boards and Azek Premiere composite railing.

New Attic Renovation

Stone Creek Builders has been contracted to renovate an attic in Atlantic Highlands.

The work to be completed consists of insulating, sheetrocking, and painting.  Some minor electrical work will be done as well.
